Why Altermont

Why Altermont

Altermont provides an attractive opportunity to business owners who wish to exit their company, but prefer not to sell to a competitor or to a purely financial buyer, as they care deeply about their legacy and the future of the business they have spent years building.

A different type of buyer

We represent an alternative choice, a principled buyer with an entrepreneurial mindset and a long-term view, committed to taking good care of the acquired business and its people going forward.

A trustworthy counterparty

We are a fair and straightforward counterparty and will act with integrity, speed and confidentiality through the entire transaction process, from preliminary discussions to deal closing, and beyond.
